Important Information for Your Healthcare Provider

You should talk with your healthcare provider prior to using this product if you have:
 
  • Anemia
  • A bleeding disorder
  • An allergy to fish
  • Any other allergies, including to foods, dyes, or preservatives.
 
Also, let your healthcare provider know if you are breastfeeding (see TheraNatal and Breastfeeding).
 
Make sure to tell your healthcare provider about all other medications you are taking, including prescription and nonprescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

What If I Take an Overdose?

Like many other vitamins, an overdose with TheraNatal could cause a variety of potentially dangerous symptoms. This product is especially dangerous if an overdose occurs in a child. It is important to seek immediate medical attention if you, or anyone else, may have overdosed on TheraNatal.

How Should This Product Be Stored?

TheraNatal products should be stored at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and heat.
 
This product contains iron. An accidental overdose of iron-containing products is the leading cause of poisoning deaths in children under the age of six. Therefore, it is especially important that you keep this medication out of the reach of children. To be safest, keep the vitamins in their original packaging until just before use.
