Pre-natal Care

Were you looking for information about
Prenatal Care? Pre-natal care is a common misspelling of prenatal care.

Prenatal care is important to help ensure a safe pregnancy for you and your baby. For example, good prenatal care includes seeing your healthcare provider regularly, which allows him or her to discover problems early so that they can be treated as soon as possible. Other problems might also be prevented. Other suggestions for good prenatal care include eating a diet rich in folic acid, iron, and calcium; staying as active as possible; and avoiding drugs, alcohol, and smoking.
