Two Weeks Pregnant (Cont.)

Things to Look Out for in the "Week 2 of Pregnancy"

Since you are not yet actually pregnant during "week 2 of pregnancy," the changes that occur in your body will be no different from your normal mid-cycle bodily changes. You may experience:

  • Breast swelling or tenderness
  • Breast growth
  • Clear, watery, and stretchy cervical mucus (like egg whites)
  • Mood swings
  • Twinge in lower abdomen from ovulating
  • Fatigue.

Tips for Spouses

At the end of week two, which is day 14 from the first day of her last period (if mom has a regular 28-day cycle), you should try to conceive. To increase the odds, make love at least once a day starting two days before ovulation until two days after ovulation.
