Tips to Relieve Morning Sickness When 7 Weeks Pregnant

Many women will continue to experience morning sickness when 7 weeks pregnant. Some tips that may help with morning sickness include the following:
 
  • Never let your stomach get completely empty or overly full.
  • Try snacking throughout the day on anything that you find appetizing (within reason).
  • Try using ginger (the real thing, not artificial ginger) to help ease the sickness. Ginger can be found in:
o Ginger ale
o Ginger tea
o Gingersnaps
o Gingerroot capsules.
  • Consider drinking lemonade or eating lemons raw to help reduce morning sickness.
