39 Weeks Pregnant

Once you're 39 weeks pregnant, you could go into labor at any time. You should be watching for signs of labor. Your baby is probably not moving very much at this point -- it's cramped in there now! When you're 39 weeks pregnant, your baby's organs are likely ready to function outside of the womb.
 

39 Weeks Pregnant: An Overview

You're 39 weeks pregnant -- WOW! Only more two weeks to go!
 
Technically, you could go into labor at any time from here on out, and your baby would be considered full term.
 Any time from two weeks before to two weeks after your official due date is considered full term. Are you ready?
 
You may be feeling very clumsy at this point -- most likely, your baby has dropped, which throws your center of gravity off. You thought you were clumsy before -- look out! Week 39 of pregnancy is probably not the best time to take up ballet.
 
By the time you are 39 weeks pregnant, your baby is likely between 19.5 and 21.5 inches long from head to toe (14.5 inches from crown to rump) and may weigh around 7 pounds.
