Changes in Your Body When 29 Weeks Pregnant

When you are 29 weeks pregnant, you may notice you are experiencing more heartburn. This is caused by your baby and uterus growing larger, pushing up on your stomach. Try eating smaller meals, and if necessary, taking antacids.
 
During week 29 of pregnancy you may also experience:
 
Because of the prolactin your body is producing, you may notice that your breasts are leaking colostrum. If you are finding that the colostrum is staining your clothing, you can use a disposable nursing pad (found in the baby section at the drug store) or a gauze pad in your bra. If the colostrum forms a crust around the nipple, use warm water to wash it off gently in the bath or shower.
