Tips for Mom at 25 Weeks Pregnant

During week 25 of your pregnancy, your growing uterus may put pressure on your back and pelvis, which can cause periodic shooting pains in your lower back and legs. When this pain occurs, try the following methods to alleviate it:
 
  • Rest
  • Change your position
  • Take a warm bath (no hotter than 100 degrees)
  • Apply ice to the sore area.
