23 Weeks Pregnant
When you are 23 weeks pregnant, you will continue to feel increased movements in your abdomen as your baby grows. During this week, common symptoms, such as vaginal discharge and itchy, dry skin, may still be apparent. By the time you are 23 weeks pregnant, your baby's body has become more proportioned, and the teeth are just beneath the gum line.
At 23 weeks pregnant, your baby is about 8 inches long from crown to rump, and weighs almost 1 pound. During week 23 of your pregnancy, your baby will begin to move the muscles in its fingers, toes, arms, and legs more regularly, which may cause you to feel more forceful movements in your abdomen. If you look down at your belly, it may seem as if you have a boxing match going on in there.
