21 Weeks Pregnant

By the time you are 21 weeks pregnant, you are halfway through your pregnancy. Your baby is now about 7.2 inches long, and his or her tissues and organ systems are continuing to mature. For most women, pregnancy becomes easier by the time they are 21 weeks pregnant. With your doctor's permission, you may now want to do some low-impact exercise, such as yoga or walking. Mild exercise can be helpful in alleviating symptoms like backache and varicose veins.
