16 Weeks Pregnant (Cont.)

Changes in Your Body When 16 Weeks Pregnant

When you are 16 weeks pregnant, you may begin to feel movement as your baby's bones harden; however, if you are overweight, have a thick uterus, or if this is your first pregnancy, you may not be feeling the baby move yet. Other things you may experience during week 16 of pregnancy include:

  • Stuffy nose and nosebleeds
  • Bleeding gums
  • Pain in your abdomen (from ligaments that are stretching)
  • Swollen feet.
