12 Weeks Pregnant

Once you are 12 weeks pregnant, you should find symptoms like morning sickness subsiding. However, you may feel dizzy or lightheaded due to an increase in blood supply. During week 12, the fetus is about 2.5 inches long. The lungs are fully formed, the liver is functioning, and urine is being eliminated. When you are 12 weeks pregnant, you may develop the "pregnancy glow" -- which results in a flushed, plumper, and smoother skin appearance.
