Changes in Your Body When You're 11 Weeks Pregnant
During the third month of your pregnancy, your breasts are very full and tender, and you may notice a darkening in the skin color of the areolas (areas around your nipples). As the blood supply increases throughout your body, you may see bluish veins under your skin.
It is important that you wear a well supporting bra throughout your pregnancy, which will give your breasts plenty of support. A maternity bra is an option at this point. Maternity bras:
- Have broad straps
- Are wide in the back to ease muscle strain
- Don't press into the breast tissue (which can clog milk ducts).
Other common body changes you may notice at 11 weeks pregnant include dizziness and nausea.
