Important Information for Your Healthcare Provider

You should talk with your healthcare provider prior to taking this vitamin if you have:
 
  • Anemia
  • A bleeding disorder
  • Any allergies, including to foods, dyes, or preservatives.
 
Also, let your healthcare provider know if you are breastfeeding (see PreferaOB and Breastfeeding).
 
Make sure to tell your healthcare provider about all other medications you are taking, including prescription and nonprescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

What If I Take an Overdose?

Like many other vitamins, an overdose with PreferaOB could cause a variety of potentially dangerous symptoms. An overdose may be especially dangerous in a child. Seek immediate medical attention if you or someone else may have taken too much of this or any other medication.

How Should This Product Be Stored?

PreferaOB products should be stored at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and heat.
 
This product contains iron. An accidental overdose of iron-containing products is the leading cause of poisoning deaths in children younger than six years old. Therefore, it is especially important that you keep this product out of the reach of children. It is best to keep the vitamins in their original packaging until just before use.
