Pitocin should be stored at room temperature. It will be stored by your healthcare provider. Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children.

What If I Miss a Dose?

Because this medication is given by your healthcare provider either before or after childbirth (see Pitocin and Pregnancy), it is unlikely that you will miss a dose.
