Nestabs
Healthcare providers often recommend pregnant women take a prenatal vitamin, such as Nestabs. This particular product contains numerous vitamins and minerals important for a healthy pregnancy. It comes as a tablet that is taken once daily. While many women tolerate this prenatal vitamin well, side effects can occur and may include constipation, nausea, and vomiting.
Nestabs® is a prenatal vitamin available by prescription only. Prenatal vitamins contain vitamins and minerals specifically designed for the nutritional needs of women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The Nestabs brand of prenatal vitamins is also available as a product known as Nestabs® DHA. Nestabs and Nestabs DHA contain the same vitamins and minerals. However, as the name implies, Nestabs DHA includes a gelcap that contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), a nutrient that is important for fetal eye and brain development.

Nestabs is made by Women's Choice Pharmaceuticals.
Nestabs contains a variety of different vitamins and minerals, including iron, calcium, choline, and vitamin B6. These nutrients are important for a healthy pregnancy, and many pregnant women may not get enough of them for various reasons. Probably most importantly, Nestabs contains folic acid, which is important to prevent certain birth defects known as neural tube defects (such as spina bifida).
