How Does Nestabs Work?

Nestabs contains a variety of different vitamins and minerals, including iron, calcium, choline, and vitamin B₆. These nutrients are important for a healthy pregnancy, and many pregnant women may not get enough of them for various reasons. Probably most importantly, Nestabs contains folic acid, which is important to prevent certain birth defects known as neural tube defects (such as spina bifida).
