Neevo Drug Interactions
If you take certain medications in combination with Neevo, it could decrease the absorption of the medicines into your body. Some of the medications that may cause drug interactions with Neevo include phenytoin, tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonate medicines, and thyroid replacement medications.
An Overview of Neevo Interactions
Neevo® can potentially interact with a few medications. Some of the medicines that may lead to drug interactions with Neevo include:
- Bisphosphonate medications, including:
- Ciprofloxacin (Cipro®)
- Gatifloxacin (Tequin®)
- Levofloxacin (Levaquin®)
- Moxifloxacin (Avelox®)
- Norfloxacin (Noroxin®)
- Ofloxacin (Floxin®)
- Tetracycline antibiotics, such as:
- Doxycycline (Periostat®, Vibramycin®, and several other brands)
- Minocycline (Minocin® and several other brands)
- Tetracycline (Sumycin®)
- Thyroid replacement medications, including:
- Liothyronine (Cytomel®)
- Liotrix (Thyrolar®)
- Levothyroxine (Levothroid®, Levoxyl®, Synthroid®, Tirosint®, Unithroid®)
- Thyroid (Armor® Thyroid, Nature-Throid®).
