Changes in Your Body When 25 Weeks Pregnant

During week 25 of pregnancy, your body continues to change (it may seem like by the minute!). Hemorrhoids may develop, which are dilated blood vessels in the rectal area (see Hemorrhoids During Pregnancy).

When you're 25 weeks pregnant, you may also experience:

  • Constipation
  • Indigestion or heartburn
  • Forceful movement inside your belly as your baby kicks, punches, and twists
  • Increased sweating
  • Dizziness
  • Heartburn
  • Vivid dreams while sleeping
  • Forgetfulness.

Your uterus is now the size of a soccer ball!
