15 Weeks Pregnant: Helpful Tips for Spouses

Pregnancy Myth

Myth: Putting your arms above your head will cause the umbilical cord to wrap around your baby's neck.

Although it is frighteningly common for the cord to wrap around the baby's neck, it is due to the baby's movements inside you. It has absolutely nothing to do with your physical activities. Do not be alarmed, though. In the majority of cases, these babies are brought to full term and are delivered healthy.
