- 1/3 pound grapes (any kind)
- 12 fluid ounces nonfat skim milk

Half a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with milk:

- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sugar jelly or reduced-sugar jam
- 8 fluid ounces nonfat skim milk
