Because prenatal vitamins do not need FDA approval, they are usually not studied as extensively as other types of medications. Therefore, it is not exactly known what DuetDHA side effects may occur. However, based on the side effects of the individual components of DuetDHA, side effects may include fatigue, nausea, and headaches. Notify your healthcare provider immediately if you experience more serious side effects (such as unusual bleeding, severe nausea, and allergic reactions.)
